These Terms and Conditions of Use (the Terms of Use) apply to the web site located at WWW.DIS.LTD, and all associated sites which may now or in the future be linked to WWW.DIS.LTD by DIS MANAGEMENT LTD., (“COMPANY”), its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, the Site).

Indemnity

Governing Law; Dispute Resolution

You agree to the personal jurisdiction by and venue in the state and federal courts in United Arab Emirates and waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue. No recovery may be sought or received for damages other than out-of-pocket expenses, except that the prevailing party will be entitled to costs and attorneys fees. Void Where Prohibited
